This is good practice for your workday. Typically we just fill all the blanks in outlook but we need to think in terms of grading time blocks so we don’t stack taxing blocks next to each other and we use an understanding of our personal day rhythm to align energy blocks

Absolutely! Working based in energy units just makes much more sense, and is more productive. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts Ian. I'm glad this resonated with you:

This makes so much sense to me, and I feel a little called out, ha! Thinking of time as an energy unit makes me think of the "spoon theory" many people with chronic illnesses use (i.e. showering might be 2 spoons, cooking might be 4 spoons, etc.)

When I'm creating something for my business, time flies, but when I'm working on an article for a client, it often drags.

Omg this is so good! I’ll redirect my clients to it, coz you speak my mind with it! 💚 Loved a lot of what you’ve said but especially: “Your energy signature is as unique as your fingerprint. Stop trying to fit into someone else's productivity system.”

Great read! What struck me as a reminder is that our brain accounts for 2% of body weight but consumes 20% of energy, and restoring mental energy by increasing BDNF is important.

Thank you so much Aranya. I'm glad this made sense to you. I thought about it for a while, and put much effort especially into building the Notion templates. I built them first for me, then shared hoping it will help someone else.

This is an excellent compendium of some of the main ideas on this topic from leading figures, which is then coupled with your own views and supplemented by practical measures you then recommend. This is a very good piece of work. Kudos Bechem.

This is a great approach and the energy point of view is very valid.

BUT

That doesn't invalidate the fact that time is still a finite resource and that its allocation (or lack thereof) directly impacts the energy AND the outcome balance.

All this remains very aligned with the description of the ebook and the templates.

The framework looks extremely valuable and the price is very reasonable! Here's to sales blowing through the roof!

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts Renato.

You're absolutely right. Our time IS FINITE. We're all going to die

That’s exactly why wasting your best hours on low-leverage work is a silent killer.

The framework is not meant to make you pretend time doesn’t exist.

I built it to help people stack their energy and attention onto the moments that move the needle... moments that really matter.

"Here's to sales blowing through the roof!" Haha I hope so! I put a lot of work into it, especially the different Notion templates. So I hope it pays off... literally.

Thank you so much once again. I appreciate it.
